At Safe and Healthy Homes LLC, paint remediation is personal. Our founders experienced first hand the horrors of lead paint when their two year old daughter experienced elevated lead levels. Over the following year they had to spend tens of thousands of dollars replacing floors, windows, trim-work, and cabinets. At one point, the health department even condemned their home.

Every aspect of their lives was violated. The stress, the cost, the worry, the loss of the historical elements and charm that had made them fall in love with their home, it was simply too much. Being engineers, this husband and wife team knew there had to be a better way. Over the next five years they researched every new and experimental paint removal technology, eventually working with industrial laser technology companies to identify the perfect paint removal system.
